Grit X is a men´s sports watch that allows you to set the power, pace and heart rate zones. Through the screen of this device, you will know the weather forecast, the pulse of your wrist through the optical system, as well as the notifications that you have received on your mobile, among others. You will be able to see the weekly training summary such as calories, training sessions and time per HR zone.
This smartwatch model has a 1.2” always-on mobile screen. Also, you can access a daily training guide between cardiovascular capacity and routines that allow relaxation. Also, at night, you will be able to know how your body´s recovery process is.

I just received the product and I have barely been able to test it. I have been using garmin for years and I hope I am not disappointed with polar. There are details such as the dark background (it cannot be changed, or that the laps appear only in one format (which includes hours), which I would consider improving. Likewise, a clock that shows the Nautico profile option ( sailing) it seems late to me that it does not mark the units in knots and nautical miles. For the rest, a simple interface, watch that is attractive to look at, light and quite effective in measuring pulse. It is worth it for the discounted price.
