I bought it for my lefty fork since it is the same brand as the maintenance kits that the fork uses but it is valid for any brand. You always have to put a small amount with the clean bars, sink the fork several times and clean the excess and the dirt carried away with a soft cloth. The same with the damper in case of doubles
