Excellent delivery, article fulfills the promised - perfect and significant shift in the angle and amplitude of peak power, verified with Assioma Duo + Cycling Dynamics. Attention to compatibility - check the Rotor website before ordering! Despite BCD 110, the fact that it has a continuous ring inside makes it not fit when passing behind the crank on 2 of my bikes.

I love these chain rings. My over-all times have gone up and my climbing seems smother too. A friend of mine had a go on my bike that has these chain rings on and straight away, he could tell the difference. Very quick delivery, I will be ordering from this company again.
Smooth stepping feeling

It is comfortable with a smooth step. With the FACT carbon crankset in Specialized Tarmac Pro 2008, the outside of the inner edge of the chainring hits the crank. After deciding the OCP by forcibly pushing it in, I scraped the part that hits the crank on the outside of the inner edge a little. When I thinned it to the recess of the guide of the fixing bolt, it fits without any problem.

Q Ring Power Gains

Fitted the Q ring on my indoor trainer bike. First ride on RGT and smashed all my PB's. First few mins felt a little odd pedal acting but soon forgot about it. I was faster on uphill, downhill and flat sections. Very happy. Took a little fiddling with my gear change to get it working smoothly but its working great now.
