178cm / 63kg M size fits well. Tested in temperatures between -5 and +15 C. They keep warm while you keep pedaling, if you stop then it gets cold. +13 and above I start sweating. Recommended.

Great quality, superbly made product with good reflective strips on the calves. Unfortunately for me the size was wildly too small. I usually wear an L at 180cm tall and 72kgs, however these are far too tight. I will order a size up as the product is excellent.

186cm / 95kg 50 years old. I was in trouble because the products of others were all small. 4xl was recommended in the product diagnosis, but I dared to purchase 6xl. It was 6xl, and it was a size that I could wear somehow. I haven't run yet, so I don't know the heat-retaining brain.

The size is perfect and the fabric is good. The lining is made of a warm material and seems to withstand the cold of 0 degrees. It is even warmer because it covers the stomach. It has good elasticity, so it is comfortable to wear without a zipper on the ankle. It seems like a better pad to wear and ride than a product with a zipper.

Great product for the price. Bought XL for 177cm/83kg. I guess L would be enough, but XL is still OK. Good insulation as low as -2 deg. I added endura hummvee 3/4 shorts for an extra wind protection and I have been very satisfied with the result. MTB XC rider.
