Shimano is Shimano. I'm changing my entire Deore XT 2x11 ratio with 26T and 36T chainrings and 11-42T cassette. Currently the bike has 6,200 km on it and still doesn't jump into gear. I'm going to use it up to the stalk and then I'll put everything brand new for a few more good years of use.

It is very similar but does not fit well. I bought them thinking that they would be worth for xtr and I had to return them

I don´t know if it works for the xtr but for the xt it is to remove and put on and everything is fast and perfect
