What is the correct size chart? Since there is one above and another below, and they vary a lot

If it helps these shoes have a wider fit than most other Shimano cycling shoes so it is better to take the size you normally wear rather than a size up. I am 44 and I have all Shimano 45 shoes. For these my correct size is 44

Cleats Included?...Cleaks recessed SPD?

I am looking for a shoe pedal combo typically referred to as SPD. I can't see the bottom of this shoe but I want a two bolt cleat that is recessed into the shoe. Then I want a compatible pedal for the shoe. Is this the product I am describing?

Hello The model Shimano CT5 has a spd cleat system (2 bolts cleats), and it comes with a protector to convert to flat sole to normal use. Kind regards
