Shimano grx 810, I could new, is 11-speed group and it has to work with 11 or 12-speed chain. This chain is for 10-speed transmission, it is not fit for Shimano grx 810

Hello. This chain is for 10 speeds, so it should work for those 10 speed gears you have. This chain does not have a false link, but there is a pin to close the chain that is somewhat longer and once the chain is placed and closed, the excess is broken through the slot it has (it breaks easily). However, for ease of assembly and disassembly, I always recommend a union link or false link as you say (the pin that I tell you that the chain has is to leave it closed firmly). You can reuse your old link, but I recommend changing it since they are taking up slack and the price of this is very small. Greetings
