They are quite sturdy pedals with good grip both with cleats that can be adjusted and go through steps of turning the nut, as well as on the side without cleats where once you put the screws in, it grips very well. Amazing looking pedals. Saved over 50$ by buying here, shipping took just over 10 days. Will use these on my commuting mountain bike but love that i now have the option to clip in for those longer rides. All metal, these pedals should last a lifetime. Came covered in some kind of greasy lubricant all over though - not a deal breaker.

Looking forward to using these when the snow melts. Installation was easy. These pedals will give me the ability to use ordinary shoes fro short trips on one side or clip-in for longer rides. the adjustable release tension will help me get used to clipless riding.
