If you don't want to go Di2, that's the best, Shimano wise.

The shifting performance is way improved

Good morning, I have a bike mounted with this group (Dura-ace 9120) and I can confirm that the left lever acts on the front derailleur (2 speeds), while the right lever acts on the rear derailleur (11 speeds)

Brake Caliper Inclusion & EU Meaning

1) Is the Hydraulic Disc brake caliper included Or is it just the brake lever + Shifter? 2) on the product description there is “EU” listed. Is this different from Asian version?

You don’t get the brake caliper. And - it’s better to get the 9200 calipers - the increased space makes quite a big improvement.
