Only the clamp comes. The handle and cable do not come with the clamp

It´s just the caliper, you can use the old tube easily, just insert the O-ring and screw it onto the new caliper

I bought it for the front disc, but the caliper is the same. I don´t think you have problems, I assume you have PM system and not IS.
