If you are looking for a pedal that offers good quality, durability and at a competitive price, this is the pedal. The previous ones have lasted me 8 years giving them intensive use. They are not the lightest, obviously but if you are looking for something lighter you will have to pay more and sacrifice durability.

This item spd pedals (it seems there is mistake in item description). As a rule spd pedals are used in MTB, however there is not anything to prevent you to use on road bike. Only one thing you need is compatible shoes. For spd on your bike-shoes must have square-like place for cleats, for spd-sl -- triangle-like place for cleats
