WOW, fitting them was a job and a half as had to pull Ebike apart to rout everything nicely, but that was the fun part. Once bleed and hobbed in I couldn't believe the power these things have. Unreal. So glad I changed to SAINTS, front and back.

bought these to upgrade an SLX brakes of my new merida e-800. I already have Saint as a stock set on my GT fury DH bike, and love them a lot for that aggressive use. for the e-bike, it is tremendous improvement. strong & powerful, yet with reasonable modulation, and top reliability. also the price is awesome.

These are the best brakes known to man. Period. They are XTR brakes on steroids...and they´re lighter! With ICE tech, they never fade. I have two bikes - one is a full XTR equipped enduro bike. I have always assumed there was nothing better, component-wise. My all-mountain bike is an XT bike, but they cheaped out a little on the brakes, and equipped it with SLX. Typically, SLX is OK stuff - it´s third shelf, but usually has the same overall characteristics at XT/XTR, with a weight penalty. Not so with the brakes....I was constantly worrying about my brakes, and whether they had enough bite to stop the big tires I run. Occasionally, the rear seemed a little soft, so I decided to upgrade. Researching XTR vs. Saint, it´s clear that these are intended for downhill duty, but the thing is...there´s no weight penalty and they are 4-piston calipers! I decided to go with it because they are a great price, and my tendency on safety items (brakes, helments, etc), is to get the best you can get. I highly recommend as upgrade on any downhill, enduro, or all-mountain bike. Modulation, power, and control is superior to XTR (and XTR is friggin´ awesome). The thing I love the most is the lever effort required is so minimal, there is no finger fatigue. On long runs, I feel like I have more overall control of the bike with less effort. Best upgrade I have ever put on my bike. And they look cool...
