Much better than SH51 clubs that are hard to pull off and increase the chances of falling. These are safer and easier to release in case of emergency, I recommend all SH56 instead of SH51

Multi-release cleats are much easier to release than the standard Shimano cleats that come with Shimano pedals. They release easily in the standard way, and also a hard pull in any direction other than proper pedaling motion will release the cleats. My 10 year old was a bit nervous, but the first time she tried them, she liked them better than mountain bike toe clips. Bike Inn shipped the correct product, unlike another online shop it's tried before.
