Original battery at a dumping price

The delivery from Spain to At takes longer than usual, but Cov19 is still quick. Since the bike is also quite new, both batteries last the same length, the one bought here is the replacement battery, it is almost completely empty and has to be charged first. Unfortunately, there are no Shimano adapters available on the bike.

great battery. i bought a commencal meta power sx signature. i am commenting because everyone keeps saying cant charge the bike without ridiculously expensive charger adapter, and then menchaning there bike type. well my bike is the commencal meta power sx signature and it came with the charger and adapter. didnt realize that wasnt something that all brands were doing. seems like a bad move on their part. commencal all the way. amazing quality bike, nearly half the price of their competition, great warranty, they dont cheap out on adapters lol, the lost goes on. definitely check them out. i am a commencal man for life after riding it once. most confidence inspiring bike i have ever ridden. this battery comes in it ready to take you places u didnt think possible. only thing negitive i could say about the battery, and it's not even that negative. is how long it powers the bike. maybe just a tad longer. i ride nearly everyday and i ride big mountains. my battery has dyed on my once. but i climbed to the peak twice (20km) all uphill in boost mode. for the most part i have no issues. but for those extra long days. either having ,juice for longer, or some how getting the cost down for those interested in getting a second battery. i was going to buy one today. but the price of 00 (cad) stopped me in my tracks. i just paid 9k for the bike. not sure i want to spend another 00 just to have a battery i'll use maybe a few times a month.

There is no way I would have bought this bike if I had known that the battery could not be charged off the bike with out an adaptor. I now wish I had of gone with a Focus Jam2

Nothing wrong with this battery ,however very disappointing that it cannot be charged removed from the bike unless useing a Shimano adaptor SM-BTE60 which is sold seperately at a rediculous price of 90 australian dollars if I had of known that I would not have purchased the bike [GT EFORCE ] .I will also be making others aware .

The BT-E8036 is longer than the BT-E8035. Some bikes can fit either with an adjustable plug but you would have to check with the bike manufacturer.

You will have to order the battery cover from your bicycle dealer, this is only the battery. Buy the cover separately from your dezler of your bicycle brand specifically for your bicycle. You simply screw the cover onto the battery.
