This axle width option s/b a must-do for anyone 189 cm or taller. My bike is XL and crank 175 but what was missing was pedals with longer axles/ Q-factor. BBs are all a standard width so aside from your cleats, this the only way to affect a correct fit. Unfortunately this sizing comes at a premium as the 105 pedals don't offer wider axles.

I bought these pedals (+4) because I am a muscular guy and my road bike (like any other) stance is pretty tight. I decided to try these +4 to see if I was getting more comfort. I was correct; they helped aligning my knee and allowed me to pedal more naturally. The weight is fantastic and the look even better; the finish of the carbon is more like a dirty raw/unfinish carbon fiber which I like a lot. It comes with yellow cleats and all the hardware. Be careful: to tight this pedals you don't need much torque like many other models; these only need 10NM (which is not much.)
