I recently bought the complete new one which is ready to install. buy the rear and the front. Previously I had the 2-piston XT Deore and once I installed the XT M8120 brake I noticed the difference, more effective and smooth braking, without having to apply more force for effective braking. It´s really worth it and you can tell the difference.

N03c are organic, n04c synthetic. Try "shimano xt pads", alternatively, looking at the photos.

Hello, The pads that the kit comes with by default are N03A. It is not possible to order this kit with that change, what you can do is buy the N04A pads separately and put them on, if they fit.
