Does this band work with the Sigma ROX 5.0?

Hi, in my opinion it should work, because it is the sensor that must be compatible with the computer. The only problem with the band could be the distance between the buttons. But since it is a sigma replacement I would be confident about the coupling. I bought this band and used it with a Bryton sensor.

I bought it for the Sigma Rox 6.0 and it works perfectly.

I have no direct experience with the Rox 5.0 as I use a Rox 12.0. I use the strap with the Sigma R1 (ANT+ only) or the Sigma R1 Duo (ANT+ Bluetooth) heart monitors, that attach to the strap. So if your Rox 5.0 came with one of those heart rate sensors then this strap should work.
