Had to replace the old heart rate monitor as the clips on the battery door broke due to being too frail. Hopefully the new one is more robust. Works well though.

I also use it with Elite Suito trainers and the connection was excellent, sensor immediately recognized. Nothing to envy compared to sensors is much more noble

I have not tried it with Garmin. It has Bluetooth and I communicate without any problem with my Android mobile and different mobile applications.

The garmin 130 has ANT+ and Bluetooth connectivity so I understand that yes, bluetooth is generic, just as you can connect it to the mobile

I used it with Garmin 530 and 1030 Having the ANT + encoding it works with all devices that support ANT + encoding precisely Garmin and others .. Bryton etc
