This template is to compensate for the excessive positive or negative arching of your legs... (vain or varus) it depends if you are vain or varus you have to put one or the other... look on the internet what is vain or varus...
I have numbness last 3 toes on the outside of both feet on long rides. I have like 100km long rides. Which insole shld I get? Feet size 43 to 44.

Numbness on the outside 2 to 3 small toes on long rides. 100km rides. I probably need a wedge on my inside of my big toes. Feet size 43 to 44. Please help with the insoles.
