Yes but on the stem, not on the handlebars

Hello, yes it comes with it but be careful, for the Venge model only. For tarmac you must purchase the appropriate adapter separately.

No. Only the venge models after and SL7 with an adaptor

Hello, is this extender compatible with a tarmac sl7?

Hello yes absolutely, I put it on mine with the ITU/TT/TRI Clip-on Tarmac Clamp adapter part number 21021-2003, necessary because the tarmac stem is different from that of the venge.
