What is the equivalent of 27 for a woman in an American eu number?

If you want to receive it in 27.5cm you have to choose size EU 43 (UK 10, USA 9.5) since it is for men. EU 42 corresponds to UK 8, USA 8.5, 26.5 cm.

rigid or flexible sole?

Is the sole of this shoe rigid like a road shoe or flexilble like a trainer shoe?

The shoe is stiff. But you can walk. The cove does not touch the ground.
