My model is the large size (ML). The perimeter of my head is 61cm. There´s not much left over in size. Allows you to wear an ear cover band. After 1 year of use, approximately 4,000 km, the interior padding has opened, revealing the interior filling. SPIUK has informed me of the stores where I can buy a replacement, but no one has it available. I solved the problem by machine sewing the open part. Greetings
