I bought this Sportful Size M body with measures 1.76 cm and 73 kg aero fit a little tight to the thigh with a pad that is excellent for outings around 3/4 h.

Perfect bib for 3-hour outings. I have only used it on the road and the sensations are brutal, it stylizes a lot and the pad is made to hold these 2h30-3h. It can take more hours but then you will notice the much softer chamois and the part that has contact with the seat will begin to hurt.

As for the size, the M was fair, I measure 98 of the hip, but I think it is designed for compression, and the L would have been very long leg.
