having ,tried various lubes over the years this one is my favourite. Easy to apply/reapply, survives the rain, penetrates well and doesnt attract dirt/dust. Not the cheapest but a tube does do a lot of applications. When I see it at a good price then i tend to buy several at once. Highly recommend.

After having tried various lubricants, even from much more renowned brands, or tried this product and I was very satisfied. It does not stick the chain and this helps to keep it clean, easily removable with degreasing products. After applying it, it forms a patina on the chain which contributes to silent use and precise shifting. Very good product.

Very good chain lube in dry or damp conditions but doesn't last long in the sorts of deluge we have been having ,lately (would any chain lube? I don't know). At least the chain remains black grease free so kerb side repairs are and regular maintenance are less unpleasant.

No problem for normal 4-hour outings on terrain that is not extremely dusty. If you are careful not to overdo the application and remove the excess from the plate, clumps will not form during the ride. Of course, in very dry and dusty climates, after 3 hours it starts to suffer. There, a dry oil is better, although it is not as clean as this wax.

Nothing works well with mud, but properly applied the day before allows you to do about 30km well. For more, carry a mini dispenser to relubricate.
