The Sram Red E-Tap AXS 2X Groupset includes a pair of shift levers, eTap AXS front derailleur with battery, eTap AXS rear derailleur with battery, charger, and cable. Thanks to its materials and technologies, you can have a series of pieces that allow fast, easy, safe, and effortless shifting.
The bike rear derailleur is made of carbon, pulley bearings are made of ceramic, and maximum capacity of 33 teeth. The front derailleur has been made with aluminum, steel pulley bearing, and it has a capacity for 12 speeds and up to 36 teeth. The AXS system allows the connection with an application so you can be aware of the state of the battery or when it needs maintenance.
Besides, it is designed with eTap technology that makes shifting easy and manages the battery so you can know how much charge time is available. The Airea electronic system provides you with a modern mechanism to which you can connect via Wi-fi so that you can automatically broadcast data and information.

Yes, I ride rim brakes, and yes, I love SRAM Red. Super modern kit that works. I'm sure some will say that SRAM has an issue with the front mech, but I can honestly say I have never had a problem. Very reliable!

I a ex Dura Ace rim user, after Shimano announced the 12s, that's a stubborn product. I selected SRAM side. In this 2 months no complain for the group set and the battery is amazing long life.

Of course the product is without rival...said as a Campy Record / Dura Ace and Red owner. I wasn't a huge fan of the early red. This group is light years ahead of everything now. I live in the USA. It shipped DHL from the EU. Best tracking I've ever seen. Amazingly, I had it just as fast as if ordered from a USA e-comm site! I am a repeat customer and love the deals on great gear. Front chain ring size

What size chain rings can I use? I currently have 54/34 Rotor elliptical chain rings. I will be converting the rear from 11 to 12 - 33 tooth cassette.

No, you can´t...the front derailleur has limited the max chain rings to 50/34. Thus, you can´t use your existing 54/34 chain rings.

It is 12-spd. You can run it on your Pinny as long as your wheels are 12-spd compatible.
