I was skeptical but as long as you have enough sealant in your tire it will seal. I repared a puncture and kept riding for months afterwards.

I've already tested it and recommend it, so buy the refill! Very simple to use and it works! In larger holes where the sealant cannot close the hole, just apply and continue walking.
