This cassette was easy to install, with no spacers, no shims, and no loose parts at all. It also met my expectation of being lightweight. Within minutes I was rolling down the road. The shifting was on the mark with no more adjustments necessary. I would buy it again.

Short answer, no, the derailleur won´t be able to clear the larger sprockets. That said, I had success using a derailleur hanger extender like the Sunrace SP570 with various long cage (GS) road derailleurs and up to 40t cassettes. https://www.tradeinn.com/bikeinn/en/sunrace-sp570-extender-rear-derailleur-hanger/137705360/p Just don´t expect the same shifting performance as when using a smaller cassette without extender. Also it will almost certainly require a new, longer chain. If attempting such modifications it would be good to be familiar with or willing to learn how to do derailleur adjustments as it will likely be required.

I replaced the OEM cassette on my Specialized Diverge running Tiagra 4700 10-speed groupset with this SunRace 11-40 10-speed cassette It works perfectly! Much better range of gears. Presumably it will be compatible Ultegra 6700. I added a roadlink for derailleur clearance.

Sorry, it´s an 11-40. Maybe in theory it shouldn´t work with the 6700 GS
