Product is good, shipping not so much

Product is fine as you´d expect from Tacx but I ordered these the same day I ordered my Elite mag trainer and Cateye wired cadence computer for my old track bike from chain reaction. The trainer and computer arrived 4 days later. It took 4 weeks, yes, one whole month for a package from Bikeinn that couldn´t weigh more than 200g to arrive. Not good enough. Like I said product is fine but Bikeinn customer service couldn´t be worse.
