Just used the tire lever (tyre lever) today on the same kevlar tire and it seems like you need to use 2, compared to my Park Tool TL-1.2C. The park tool is thicker which means it pulls the bead further out vs. the Tacx. However the Tacx is faster on the initial pry and engage which makes removing the tire much easier. The Tacx is lighter and thinner (easier to carry in a pouch) than my TL-1.2C (I usually carry one). Overall it´s better safe to carry 2 (some people carry 3, I usually carry 1 lever).
