Product good by Thule,BikeInn customer service very poor. They delayed delivery with no explanation, cancelled PART of the order again with no explanation or apology. I purchased in everything needed from this company to save delivery but no I need to go and order from somewhere else and pay another delivery. I won’t be using BikeInn again.
