This is how it is diu to the description. Fabricat per Magma, just make sure that the part of the darrera is covered by a sheet type EVA tova for such a non-ferrous bike. Jo la lligo with them Thule Bungee Cord 4 Units and I did not grow that hi hagi res millor al mercat.

Please tell me this sign fits the Thule v2 cargo box as the hole centres r 400mm across x300mm virtical many thanks neil

The holes are 4 lateral. There is no hole in the center. If you have to fix it to the wall of the van. Either you use rivets or bio adhesive. I use it when I transport the bike with the bike carrier. And I tie it to the frame of the bike with elastic spiders.
