It is the original Thule wheel tray kit. It includes the tray and two metal fasteners (yes, they are in the packet, don't worry). The wheel strap doesn't come with this kit; if you need it, order it separately. However, from my experience, a strap lasts for ages, while trays and fasteners are not that tough. BikeInn offers reasonable prices and relatively fast delivery. I recommend this kit and BikeInn without reservations.

The article says: Includes 1 wheel support and 2 fixing pieces. What are these two fixation people? Are the "buckles" used to fit and secure the strap that tightens the wheel? If so, this should be made clear in the photo.
