Installation:
- Strongly flex legs outward and press onto the bar. Use the 2.5 mm wrench (included) to lightly tighten Togs until snug. Togs should rotate when forced. - The nut spins if over tightened.

It works well as an additional thumb rest when gripping the steering wheel from above, but you can also try to rest the inner part of your hand to obtain less pressure by changing the inclination of your body.

They are small and very attractive couplings for the inside of the cuffs, to change the posture of the hands, especially the thumb of each hand, I think it is a good idea, since the outside ones run the risk of getting caught in brambles, branches, etc., etc. especially on trails... correct shipping and well packaged, recommended store

Great product gives you extra position while riding would definitely recommend!!! To be able to change riding position on long rides is fantastic wish I had got these sooner. Ordering and delivery was easy plus product was cheaper than other sites which is a bonus.

Extension of use: lever protector

I have a very bad habit (I know) of putting the bike upside down to remove the wheels and load it in the car, a couple of times a week at least; and I also have a habit of keeping the brake levers quite flat, so when I turn the bike upside down, it is the brake pump shell that rests on the ground. the previous brakes were therefore nice chewed on the collar and on the cylinder, and wanting to change them without immediately chopping even the new ones, I found in the TOGS a good solution to rest the bike on the handlebars without ruining anything precious. the hard plastic version I think would have worked better in that sense, but the silicone part makes them look less dangerous in the event of an accidental impact. In the use for which they were designed, I must say that I feel good: uphill and on the flat I often found myself resting my hands with my thumb on the brake levers, I feel good with the thumb rest.

Great service and quick postage from bikeinn. Thanks. Easy to fit onto my MTB handlebars (you need to take care with brake/gear shifter placement). IMO Togs are living up to my expectations so far.
