Please provide the dimensions, WxHxL, of this item please. Also, can you explain what this means: ‘Two Foldable Panniers And A Back Pocket For The Drum.’ I don’t think it has ‘foldable panniers’.

The side bags are only used to store documents, they have no capacity. The back pocket is used for the water bottle

Can it be attached using the Omni Quickt Adapter Luggage Rack? I need to know it to also buy the luggage rack, as long as the bag already has the corresponding guide underneath to fit it without further ado. Thank you.

Yes you will need the adapter. The adapter slides into guides underneath the bag and clicks into place.
