Holds Well, but Covers a Lot of Screen

I find this holds my phone well and will work with mine or my partner's phone, but the rubber at the bottom is a problem when trying to flip between apps or touch the screen to do things sometimes.

Does Omni ride case include the mounting strap for the handle bars or just the flexible phone holder? I have the Topeak case but am looking to buy the strap as it fits arrow handlebars.

The strap is included with the case. It is made of fine Velcro which allows for better tightening.
