Practical and clever

The idea is technically clever, and it's practical to have a spring-loaded flap on a pannier rack. I was a little surprised/disappointed that the bindings were plastic. Also the stem is a little short, and does not go all the way to the bottom of the bindings. At first glance, the plastic looks solid. I hope it will hold up over time in daily use.

it is difficult to pick it up with one hand - there is no notch on the bracket for hooking the bracket with your finger. the rest is satisfied.
