We can provide this solution, as we are combining a new material with a self-developed production technology. Applying this technology allows us to build an innertube that weighs only 45 grams at our S-Tubo product

We can solve this contradiction by using a new concept:
We are manufacturing the Innertube with a thermoplastic elastomer, called TPU. This group of materials is known for its durability and excellent damping abilities. It has replaced many rubber products in the automotive and pharma industry already.
It was our goal to transform the excellent material characteristics into an outstanding bicycle product. We achieved that by reducing the number of contact areas and kept the seams to a minimum.
Developed and manufactured in Europe
The tubolito inner tube is manufactured in Europe, and all assembly parts are sourced in Europe. This has some major advantages. We can maintain very high quality standards. We can realize fast innovations by having a short feedback loop between development and production site. We can maintain sustainability trough to short transport routes.
S-tubo MTB
Even lighter, even more compact, ideal as a spare tube: The S-Tubo-MTB product line was developed to have a minimum possible packaging size. With a removable valve stem the tubes have a size of only Ø 3,5 cm x 5 cm height when packaged. The puncture resistance is the same as with standard butyl rubber tubes with a weight of only 45 g (for 29).

I have tubeless and I bought it as an emergency spare part. It is expensive, but it weighs and occupies almost a tenth part of a normal camera of 29. You can take it anywhere.

I keep this Tubolito spare tube in my bike bag just in case of a flat. It only weighs 45 grams, about 150 grams less than a standard 29 rubber tube. It's smart to carry a tube when riding but I hope I never need to use it.

Awesome light tubes,fitted into the 29in rime perfectly, pumped up the tube a little bit and pushed the folding 29 x 1.8 tyre on bye hand (no need for tyre levers), iv'e noticed the new tubes give a smoother ride,the tyres seem to soak up the small bumps a little better than when fitted with the old rubber tubes.

These are even smaller and lighter than I imagined. Bought them primarily to carry as spares as I am set up tubeless. Can't believe how much space and weight they saved over a normal 29" tube. Just wished a normal patch kit worked on them, but I understand why it won't. Just remember to pick up the Tubolito patch kit if you go with these.

These are absolutely tiny, and super light. They make storing spare tubes on the bike so much easier. I can keep 2 tubes, a multi-tool, and CO2 in a very small bag, and it all stays on the bike.

Weight gain of 120 g / wheels compared to the original tube, it's worth it for 25 euros. Very compact product easily finding its place in a pocket or in a bag. Park against all the valve and connection a little fragile, to tighten regularly by hand to prevent leaks.

I take the tubelized wheels and I bought it to carry over in case of emergency. For this purpose, due to its reduced weight and size, it is optimal. I have not assembled it yet, but I imagine that its behavior will be totally normal.

Mini butylene chamber that occupies very little space and super light compared to a normal one. It comes with valve, howitzer and key to mount the latter. It can be carried in your pocket.
