Great fit and added protection

I bought this helmet as I wasn't convinced I had enough protection with my existing helmet to cover general road cycling and mountain biking. Out of all of the helmets I tried (about 15 or so overall) I found this Uvex Finale 2.0 the most comfortable - the all round feel, grip and fit I found excellent for my head shape. It also has the most protective coverage, coming further down the back of the head. Although not the most important factor, I think this helmet shape has the best look to it - much more of a helmet than simply a lid on the top of the head, which I've always thought looks slightly silly. Personal view of course. Overall I'm very pleased with this purchase. I found the price for exactly the same helmet varies wildly online depending on the colour, no idea why this is but there you go. If you don't mind what colour you want you can get them for around £40, right up to well over £100 if you want a very specific colour to match your lycra.

I have already had a uvex helmet as a gift and also purchased on this site, but another model. Now after years I have taken another one and it is really well done, it adjusts well and the outer shell even if it often seems small and compact.

I'm still there thanks to this helmet. After a crucial miss on a jump, the helmet did its job: protection, as said, life-saving! I buy this helmet again!

Velo helmet fits and looks good. Delivery on time. Only the customs / postal charges (Swisspost) to Switzerland are far too much with 30%. Since worth the way to a German border post.
