fit of 56-59 cm

This (L) large is more narrow on my noggin than the UVEX I've had for years (decades). It also lacks the bug-netting, which might be an issue for you or not. So be aware. The ability to adjust height (rise?) is pretty nice, since you might want to have the helmet rest lower to your ears, or leave more room upstairs for the bugs to get through.
