There was an error, so they only sent me a part of the two that make up the requested bike mount (I have received the metal arch). Until today, all orders have been perfect, so I think it is human error and they will solve.

I am waiting for you to give me an answer from the claim for return, customer service has not resolved my issue. Only the bottom has arrived, the product packaging says part 1/2 the 2/2 has not arrived and at the moment no one solves my situation.

Hi, I would like a single bike mount like this: Var Floor Mount Rack 12-29 Inches. The wheel but it is trial i measures 68mm wide. Would it fit in said support? Thank you, Quim.
Hello, it will not fit because the maximum width are 2.4 inches which are 60,69mm. Regards.
