Hello, please tell me why the table of contents says that the bag is 18 liters, and in the description there is a maximum displacement of 12 liters?

It should be an answer that only the manufacturer can give, but from my experience with the bag I can say that it is of great capacity, resistant and quite waterproof, if not totally waterproof. For the use that I have given it, it has been very useful. I have made outings of more than a week with her... with downpour included.
