Multipurpose harness

Harness with semi-rigid structure that allows you to place from a tent to a waterproof bag. Made with good material, the straps have a good size to hold (they are not short). Allows you to add another tape to grab from the bottom (not included). The 4 pads that are included to keep it from scratching the handlebars are great. For the product to work properly, it must be mounted correctly.
