My Kalkhoff e-bike with a Shimano motor regularly loses the left pedal crank. This pedal crank is exactly as shown here. There is no locking screw and no safety plate as described in other brochures. The crank can´t hold up like that. Is something missing? I´ve had a bad fall twice. Thank you for your reply.
