Soft stroke without backlash and unnecessary friction, convenient adjustment of the reduction of the pads. The only thing is the rear brake bolt is short (25 mm) - if the rear fork bridge is flat stamped, then it fits, and if it is tubular, then the bolt must be replaced with a longer one.

For my old bike, these rim brakes fit just right because the brake attachment comes with one bolt in the middle, the long bolt attachment goes to the front fork with the fender attachment, and the brake with a shorter bolt is behind the seat under the seat so that it reaches the rim. Almost everyone only sells rim brakes that are suitable for new bikes, which attach from the side of the brake levers to the bike´s own mounts, but since not all bikes have those clips, where do you attach them.
