I don´t really understand what you mean, but if you mean the thickness of the material, I can tell you that it is quite thick. But if you mean if it sticks on both sides, no... It only has one side of adhesive.

This is a thicker strip than normal. I do not recommend it for a road bike, it is more suitable for a mountain bike or Ebike

Do not jump. In any case, if you apply a little heat with a hair dryer, you will avoid any scares.

I put it in the side pod for protection and removed it after two months because dust got in and it worked out fine. I put it back in again.

The adhesive it has is not aggressive for the paint. At least for me, it has not caused any damage to the paint of the bike.

The finish is gloss, but not mirror. The thickness is considerable but I couldn´t tell you the microns. But it perfectly withstands the impact of stones (checked). The measurements are what you indicate.

I’m not certain on the exact thickness but can say it is to thick to lay flat in compound curves. Even when heated the edges will not lay flat. Thus alowing water and dirt a place to enter. That said if you had a flat surface with no compound curves the thickness of this product would provide excellent protection.
