Best road rotors.

Love campy brakes, and love their rotors - they're relatively light, sturdy, nice looking and cheaper than the competition. Been using them in several bikes/wheels and can't fault them.

Ekar AFS or AFS 03

Hi, can you please confirm if this is Ekar AFS or AFS 03? Because I notice that the Product Description states the specification weight for 140mm is 99g therefore this is AFS03 (Aluminum spider) instead of Ekar AFS (steel spider), please correct me if i am wrong

No, it´s ekar afs. CAMPAGNOLO EKAR AFS BRAKE DISC 140 MM/ 160 MM CENTER-LOCK.

Hello, I use both road and gravel, the group does not matter. It´s a marvelous disc.

Yes, it is mainly for road use.. I use it with a Shimano group and it´s fine, you just have to check if your wheels have a center lock attachment (like the ones in the photo) or 6 screws for the brake discs

It is for road and and aksk compatible with both shimano and sram. I am using it with shimano. you need right adjustment and setup for avoiding noise which are always common sense to setup the disc rotor

What material is the Campagnolo brake disc AFS CL made of? Is db-160c3 correct?

I believe the Disc rotor surface is made out of a steel-alloy-steel "sandwich" that helps keep the weight down, wear resistant, and can cope with high heat. The Road version of these AFS rotors have an aluminium spider, whereas the Ekar version is made of steel (for added durability).
