Will this fit my 1999/2000 Colnago C 40 road bike. I have Campagnolo record 10 speed.

For 10 v there is no problem because it comes with the ring to place in the core. I don´t know if this will work for Campagnolo. I have shimano. I imagine you will have to order the core for Campagnolo

Yes, in case you order with Shimano HUB, it is compatible for whatever type of SHIMANO 11 speed cassette. I have installed Shimano Ultegra 11-speed and it is OK. no issue :)

HI, It was delivered with 11 speed hub, my bike has got 11 speed gearing. But you can buy 10 speed reduction and it should work :)
