The wheels are very light. I've already used a pair of wheels from Fulcrum (Racing Db 800 OEM) and I can say that they are very resistant. Same quality seen in this one (Racing 4 Db). The freehub that comes with the wheel is silent

Although I didn't assemble the wheels, the mech reinstalled my Shimano Ultegra discs on the hub. So yes, the braking system on this wheel is center lock

Yes, it uses a disc center system with external notches, not internal notches. You´ll need a Bottom Bracket tool to install, not a cassette removal tool. Hope this helps!

The disc braking system on this wheel is "center lock". The disc does not come with the wheel, and must be purchased separately...

I would like to know if these fulcrum wheels are compatible with the Shimano 105 manual 11-speed group and the Shimano 105 Di2 electronic 12-speed group?

These wheels are compatible with both a 11-speed mechanical Shimano 105 and a 12-speed electronic one. What you should note at the time of purchase is the "compatibility with Shimano HG" selection, which is the type of freehub that the Shimano 105 group is configured with. And of course, you shouldn´t forget to measure the size of your shafts and select the correct one at the time of purchase. I hope I helped you. Happy cycling!!!
