Spare cleat inserts

Very rare find. It's great that BikeInn still stocks some one them. Replaced my old stripped plate so I can still use my shoes for years to come. They also come with spare bolts even though it's not mentioned.
Everyone should have a set of these!

After the original V plate snapped on my shoes and my local bike store having ,had my shoes for almost 3 months... being unable to fix them! I took the shoes back ... googled 'cleat V plate' ... and saw these! They arrived within two weeks from across the other side of the world to New Zealand. I fixed my shoes in 10 mins! My local bike store missed a beat here and could have charged me a small fortune to get them fixed. Everyone should have a set of these amongst their bike equipment.

Keo cleats come with a tightening torque indication of 4-5 Nm. This tightening torque is enough to screw the plates on the Mavic shoes, so either you put the cleats on with exquisite care or you have no choice but to buy these plates (V-plate) and replace them. Thank goodness that Bikeinn sells them... Another detail is that they come with screws, which are somewhat shorter than the ones that the Keo Look come with, there must be a reason... These screws usually come on mid-high-end Mavic shoes (cosmic elite sl) but not in low (cosmic boa).
