They are the same covers that my Canyon Grizl had. Very easy to install without a tube. Durable and rolling. I like them for asphalt and track.

Is the tire foldable? After assembly, it measures 45?

Yes the tire arrives bent. It´s 45 depending on the rim width...

Hello, I do not recommend folding a tire if you want to store it because it will damage the carcass. The ball is 45" in the end.

Are they soft to ride or do they have a very stiff shoulder?

I have been able to assemble them by hand without tools, they are quite flexible and do not cost to assemble.

I´ve been using these tires on my Canyon Grizil suspension gravel bike and would say the tires (700 x 45mm) are moderately stiff. In other words, not very soft but also not very rigid either. Hope that helps.

They are soft and I managed to mount them without levers

They are easily mounted, I recommend wetting both sides of the tire with soapy water before mounting.
